Microsoft Teams is a hub for teamwork in an organization. People can actively connect and collaborate in real time to get things done by having a conversation or meeting, sharing documents, or working together in an application. As an MSP, you manage Microsoft Teams for your customers.

Microsoft Teams in Cloud Commander is not supported for your MSP tenant or for N-able Login users.

Cloud Commander enables you to manage Microsoft Teams for all your managed customer tenants using the following tasks.

Prerequisites for Microsoft Teams in Cloud Commander

  • You must be assigned the Microsoft Teams Reader/Writer role scoped to the tenants you want to view/manage.
  • To view and manage Microsoft Teams for a tenant, you must Request additional permissions for tenants for customer approval of the required Microsoft Teams permissions.

For more specific Microsoft information about managing Microsoft Teams, see the Microsoft documentation.
