Edit team details

Use Cloud Commander to edit the following details for a team:

  • Name
  • Description
  • Privacy

To add or remove team members or change team ownership, see Add or remove team owners and members.

Requirements

  • You must be assigned the Microsoft Teams Writer role scoped to the tenants you want to manage.
  • To view and manage Microsoft Teams for a tenant, you must Request additional permissions for tenants for customer approval of the required Microsoft Teams permissions.

Edit team details

  1. In the left navigation, select Solutions > Microsoft Teams.
  2. If not already selected, use the global customer selector - Customers drop-down menu to select the customers you want to view data for.
  3. Select the checkbox for the team you want to edit and select Edit team.

  4. Enter your changes and select Save changes.

    Your changes display on the Microsoft Teams page and in the Summary tab for the team.
