How to access the Risk Intelligence Dashboard

You can access Risk Intelligence from the N-sight RMM Dashboard using the product switcher, the Reports menu and the Risk Intelligence Automated Task More Information section. Alternatively, you have the option to directly log into Risk Intelligence.

Product Switcher

1. Click the product switcher in the top right corner
2. Select Risk Intelligence from the available products

The Risk Intelligence dashboard supports our Single Sign-On service and automatically logs the user in.

Reports Menu

1. Go to Reports > Risk Intelligence Reports
2. Choose Summary or Device Details
3. These open the Risk Intelligence dashboard in the appropriate section

Automated Task

1. When reviewing a Risk Intelligence Automated Task's More Information section:
2. Use "Click here to access your Risk Intelligence dashboard"

Log directly into the Risk Intelligence Dashboard

To log directly into the Risk Intelligence dashboard:

1. Go to https://us.ri.logicnow.com/
2. Enter your Username and Password (and where configured your current Two-factor Authentication code) to log into the Single Sign-on service
