PSA Dashboard Management - Original Integration

The N-sight RMM Dashboard contains a number of options that enable you to view Autotask tickets. This section covers this functionality as it relates to the original integration.

Autotask uses pop-up windows. To avoid potential problems viewing tickets, we recommend you Allow pop-ups for Autotask.
