Open, close, re-open, or force sync for a PSA ticket - Original Integration
PSA Tickets are managed on the All Devices view on the Outages tab.
Select the target outage then from the right-click context menu or PSA Ticket Actions drop-down choose the required action.
Please note that the available options depend on the outage's PSA Ticket status:
