Close a PSA Ticket - Original Integration

PSA tickets are automatically closed when the 24x7 or Daily Safety Check passes, the server reports as online or a check is cleared (where configured).

We have included additional platforms to Manually Close Ticket from the All Devices view and to Automatically Close Ticket using the API Extension Callout in Autotask.

When using the Automatically Close Ticket using the API Extension Callout you must refresh the South-pane Outages tab of the All Devices view to display the updated ticket state.
