Search an Ecoverse workspace

Search the table when you do not know which column contains the data. Search a specific column when you know where the data is located. You can narrow column searches by using operators.

Before you begin

  • Open an Ecoverse workspace.

Search all columns

  1. Select the search box above the table.
  2. Enter at least three characters.

The table updates to show matching rows.

Search a single column

  1. In the column header, select the search field next to the magnifying glass.
  2. Enter your search term.

The table updates after you enter the first character.

Search a single column with an operator

  1. In the column header, select the magnifying glass.
  2. Select an operator, such as Contains, Starts with, or Ends with.
  3. Enter your search term.
    • Some operators, such as Between, require two values.

The table updates to show rows that match the selected operator and search term.

Result

The table shows only rows that match your search criteria. Search terms can be saved in a view. For more information, see Save a workspace view.
