Remote sessions via Ecoverse views

By using the Remote Access (Take Control) feature, you can ensure a smooth and efficient troubleshooting process, enhancing customer satisfaction without disrupting their workflow.

Start a Remote Access session from the Assets view Actions menu

  1. Go to the Assets view.
  2. (Optional) Apply a custom filter.
  3. Select the asset and select Actions > Remote Access.

  4. Take Control opens and connects to the asset.

Start a Remote Access session from the Asset details overlay

  1. Go to the Assets view.
  2. (Optional) Apply a custom filter.
  3. Select the asset row, not a link in the row.
  4. In the Asset details overlay, select the Actions menu and choose Remote Access.

  5. Take Control opens and connects to the asset.

Start a remote access session from the Assets at risk view

  1. Navigate to the Vulnerability Management view.
  2. Choose the By Vulnerability tab.
  3. (Optional) Select a custom view or apply a custom filter.
  4. Locate the vulnerability and select the Assets at risk entry.

  5. The Assets at risk view is opened.

  6. Select the Actions menu for the target asset.
  7. Choose Remote Access.
  8. Take Control launches and connects you to the asset.
