How to manage Maintenance Mode

  1. In the All Devices view, select the Client or Site in the Client List.
  2. Multi-select the devices in the North-pane (Shift and left-click to choose a range of devices, or Control and left-click for specific devices).
  3. Right-click one of the selected devices and go to Maintenance Mode to select one of the following options:

    The available Start and Stop options depend on the device’s current maintenance status.

    • Start: enable Maintenance Mode.
    • Stop: disable Maintenance Mode.
    • Schedule: setup a future Start or Stop time.
