Top 5

The Top 5 section shows the five devices with the most failed checks, devices at risk, and—if Web Protection is enabled— the most commonly accessed allowed website categories for the selected month.

Section Description
Devices with Failing Checks Top five devices based on the number of failed checks
Devices at Risk Includes the number of:
  • Antivirus Update Check failures
  • Backup Check failures
  • Antivirus threats discovered by Managed Antivirus
  • Malicious sites blocked by Web Protection
Each risk type carries equal weight in the top 5 Device calculation. For example, a device with five blocked sites ranks higher than a device with two failed Antivirus Update Checks.
