Configure From Address for Mail Templates
When you configure your Mail Templates, you can enter a custom From address so the notification appears to come from your system, and you can enter multiple recipient email addresses using commas separation.
To avoid potential problems where your From email address contains a comma, we recommend you include it in inverted commas, this includes any wildcards included in the descriptive name. For example:
"Descriptive, name" <my@address.it>
"#ACCOUNT#" <my@address.it>
If you use a custom From address in a mail template, you must ensure the address exists. If the From address does not exist, our sender verification check may fail. For reference, the default mail server for the From address is alert@remote.management.
