Restore

Standalone Cove Data Protection (Cove) has replaced Backup and Recovery. If Backup and Recovery is enabled for your devices, the options shown here are still available.

If Backup and Recovery options do not appear in N-sight RMM, use Cove instead.

To start a 30-day free trial of Cove:

  1. Open the app switcher in the Product Bar.
  2. Select Cove Data Protection (Cove).

You can restore the backup to the device the backup was originally restored from, or opt to restore the backup on a replacement device.

Only a Superuser (Classic) level user or the Agent Key (where access is enabled) can be used to restore Backup & Recovery data to another device
