Manage App Store purchases

Device Management for Apple enables you to manage and distribute the apps your customers purchase through Apple Business Manager.

Before you can manage and distribute apps, you must:

  1. Ensure your customer has an Apple Business Manager account and has purchased at least one app using it
  2. Sign into N-sight RMM with a user role that includes the Apps & Books permission
  3. Ensure customer devices are enrolled in Device Management for Apple manually or automatically using Apple Business Manager
  4. Add a server token in Device Management for Apple for the customer
