PSA ticket management

The N-sight RMMAutotask integration enables you to view Autotask tickets, and add notes and time entries for them in the All Devices view.

Autotask uses pop-up windows. To avoid potential problems viewing tickets, we recommend you Allow pop-ups for Autotask.
