Default Reports

Default reports are the built-in reports that come with Analytics.

  • AV Status: Summarizes data from AV Status services, showing the state of various anti-virus solutions across a customer’s network.

  • Disk Usage Trending: Tracks hard drive usage, including total disk size and current usage.

  • Hardware Inventory: Lists hardware assets discovered on the network for managed devices. (Best viewed in Excel.)

  • Last Boot-Up Time and Logged-In User: Displays the last boot-up time and the current user logged into each device.

  • Managed Devices Summary: Breaks down devices by operating system, device class, and monitoring services.

  • Managed Devices by OS: Counts the number of devices running each operating system.

  • Network Assessment: Provides a high-level overview of a customer’s network, including assets, warranties, installed applications, patch status, capacity planning, and anti-virus status.

  • Remote Control Usage: Tracks remote control requests and sessions for managed devices.

  • Service Availability: Monitors the availability of services on managed devices.

  • Software Inventory: Lists all software installed on the devices in the report.

You can copy and edit default reports but you cannot delete them.
