Take Control Billing and Sales Information

Month-to-month subscriptions are billed at the end of the month.

Annual subscriptions are billed at the time of purchase for all 12 months of your subscription, and will automatically renew 1 year from the date on which it was purchased. If you have any questions regarding billing, please email sales@n-able.com.

To update your credit card information, log in to the N-able Partner Success Center and navigate to My Account > Billing. If your credit card is ever declined, please try using another card. If it continues to be declined, please contact your financial institution.

To review your current licenses, navigate to the Admin Area and click Management > Licenses from the links in the left navigation menu to upgrade to Take Control Plus, or view details about your license type and the number of concurrent Technicians and Agents you can install.
