Automation

Automation helps you to streamline regular, time-consuming tasks by applying default or custom Scripts as Script Checks and Automated Tasks.

You can write your own scripts using our Script Writing Guidelines or use the Automation Manager (previously Script Builder). Automation Manager provides an intuitive interface to create, test, and deploy custom scripts to Windows devices.

Run automated tasks when checks fail

When you add or edit a task or a check, you can set up Automated Tasks to run when a check fails. For example, you can have an automated task automatically deal with the cause of a check failure such as running a Clean All Temp Files Task when the Disk Space Check fails. For details, see Run an Automated Task when a check fails.
