Add a script to the Script Repository

You can add various script types to the Script Repository by either uploading one written in another tool, or by writing it directly in the Script Repository script editor.

Supported script types:

  • Windows: PowerShell, PowerShell Core, and Python.
  • macOS and Linux: PowerShell Core, Bash, Python, and Shell.

When adding a script to the Script Repository, you can add the script at the organization level down to the a site level, dependent on your on your user Role permissions and Client Group assigned. Where scripts have been added at the customer or customer site level, it will not be viewable to other customers.

Add a script

  1. Select Script Repository in the Left navigation.
  2. Select the +Add Script button at the top left of the repository to launch the Add Script dialog.
  3. Populate the script details on the Details tab, and provide the script and configure its parameters via the Script tab. See Script configuration details for full details.
  4. Select Save when completed.
