Change the associated authenticator for 2FA

To change the authenticator you use to authenticate with N-sight RMM:

1. On the N-sight RMM Dashboard, click the account icon in the Product bar and select Disable 2FA

   

2. Enter your 6-digit code from your current authenticator and click Disable 2FA

   Your 2FA is disabled and you will be prompted to enable it again when you next login.

   If you do not log out of N-sight RMM, you can click the account icon in the Product bar and select Enable 2FA to activate 2FA again.

3. Activate Two-Factor Authentication again
