Edit a Technician

Any Technicians created at the logged in Admin user are listed on the Manage Technicians page and can be edited from here. You will also see the Technicians for sub-admins of this level.

New UI

  1. In the Admin Level Control Panel, select Users & Permissions > Manage Technicians

  2. Either:
    1. Tick the check box to the left of the email address of the Technician

      Or

    2. Click the Action button to the right of the Technician Note's column

  3. Click Edit
  4. Enter the details for the new Technician user:
    • Username
    • Password
    • Email address
    • Status
    • Notes
  5. Click Save

Classic UI

  1. In the Admin Level Control Panel's Classic UI view, select Users & Permissions > Manage Technicians

  2. Click the dropdown arrow to the left of the Technician ID to open the Action menu

  3. Click Edit

  4. Edit the details for the Technician user:
