Delete a Technician

Any Technicians created at the logged in Admin user are listed on the Manage Technicians page and can be deleted from here. You will also see the Technicians for sub-admins of this level.

New UI

1. Login to Mail Assure as an Admin Level user
2. Navigate to Users & Permissions > Manage Technicians

   

3. Either:
   1. Tick the check box to the left of the email address of the Technician

      Or

   2. Click the Action button to the right of the Technician Note's column

   

4. Click Delete
5. Confirm deletion of the selected Technician(s)

   

Classic UI

1. Login to Mail Assure as an Admin Level user and switch to the Classic UI
2. Navigate to Users & Permissions > Manage Technicians
3. Click the dropdown arrow to the left of the Technician ID to open the Action menu

   

4. Click Delete
5. Confirm deletion of the selected Technician(s)
