NinjaOne Integration - Step 4 - Run Cove Data Protection deployment Script

Before running the Cove Data Protection deployment script, ensure you have :

• Reviewed the Requirements.
• Taken the Preparation steps.
• Created the Custom Field in NinjaOne.
• Generate Installation ID in the Cove Data Protection Management Console.
• Added the custom property value in NinjaOne.
• Generated the deployment script in NinjaOne.

Instructions

1. In the NinjaOne dashboard, navigate to Devices
2. Use the check boxes to the left of the device names to select the devices on which to install Cove
3. Click Run > Automation > Script

   

4. Search for the script created in Generate Deployment Script: Cove Data Protection deployment

   

5. Select the script and click Run
6. Check the status of the script from Dashboard, then selecting the customer Organization and clicking Activities > All

The Cove Data ProtectionBackup Manager installation will run silently and the backup device(s) will appear in the CoveManagement ConsoleDashboard once complete.

Optionally, you can now create a policy to enable and deploy Cove to existing and new devices in NinjaOne.
