What is a user
Users are a component of user permissions called Role-Based Permissions. A user is a person who monitors, manages, and supports their customer environments with N-able N-central. A user is distinct from a Role. When you create a new user in N-able N-central, you also assign the user a Role, which is a set of permissions defining what the user can do, and an Access Group, the customers they can manage.
Note: You must have at least one Role and Access Group configured to assign to a user. N-able recommends that you create unique Roles and Access Groups before you create users.
