Events reports

The Events reports provide information on incidents, threats and notifications occurring with a customer and devices. The reports available depend upon whether you have accessed the page from the Service Organization (SO) or Customer or Site (CS) level.

To access the events reports, click ReportsEvents.

If the report category or report type does not appear, the category is not available at that level.

AV Defender Threats

At the SO level, this report displays the threat status and individual reported threats for devices within of your customers networks that have AV Defender installed for the selected period. It can be filtered by Customer, Device Name, Device Class, Operating System or any custom filter created in N-able N-central. The report show threat volume, and lists top infected device, top detected viruses, actions taken, and threats by customer.

At the customer level, this report displays the threat status and individual reported threats for a selected device or devices that have AV Defender installed on them for the selected customer. It can be filtered by Device Name, Device Class, Operating System or any custom filter created in N-able. The report show threat volume, and lists top infected device, top detected viruses, actions taken and, if selected, unresolved items and a detailed list of all threats.

Incident Summary

The customer level report lists all notifiable incidents and associated escalations, acknowledgment, and resolution time information for a specified period of up to three months. It allows service managers and their customers to track the mean time taken to escalate, acknowledge, and resolve an incident.

Notifications Sent

The report displays a summary of notifications over a selected time period, including notification details and recipients. The report helps customers track and review activities detected on their networks.

Self-healing

This report displays usage statistics over a selected time period for the Self-Healing feature. You can select either specific devices or generate a summary report for all devices, and show details of self-healing attempts.

Windows Event Log

This reports shows the Windows Event log entries detected on one or more devices at the selected company .This report can be filtered by Device Name, Device Class, Operating System or any custom filter created in N-able N-central.

You can select the application, service and system components, and monitor security events on a local or remote computer. Event logs can help you identify and diagnose the source of current system problems, or help you predict potential system problems.

Disk EncryptionThe Disk Encryption report displays the status of devices running Disk Encryption Manager, if it is installed and the status of the encryption process for a device.SO, CS
Recovery KeysThe Recovery Key report provides a list of Disk Encryption Manager keys. Recovery keys enable a user to access the encrypted drive if they forget their password, or if an encrypted drive needs to be installed in a new computer. Also, if you are no longer maintaining a customer, you can give this report to the customer so they have a means to recover disks in the future.SO, CS
