Sign in to N-central Mobile
Sign in to N-central Mobile to access your managed devices. The customers, sites, Organizational Units, and devices visible in the app depend on your N-central role and access permissions. If you cannot see an organization or device, your administrator may need to adjust your permissions.
Before You Begin
Verify that you have:
- N-central Mobile installed on your device and open on the sign-in screen.
- An active N-central technician account.
- Valid credentials for your organization's sign-in method: Local Login (legacy) or SSO Login (updated).
- Your N-central server address.
If you're using the N-central Mobile (legacy), only Local Login is available. If you don't know which sign-in method your organization uses, contact your N-central administrator.
- The first time you open N-central Mobile, review and accept the user agreement to continue.
- Enter your N-central server URL, or select from the list of recent servers.
- Tap Sign In.
- Enter your credentials.
N-central Mobile (legacy)
Sign in with your local login credentials. Complete multi-factor authentication (MFA) if prompted
N-central Mobile (updated)
Sign in using the authentication method configured for your organization:
-
N-able Login: Sign in with your N-able credentials and complete MFA if prompted.
-
Federated Login: You're redirected to your organization's identity provider, including Microsoft Entra ID. Sign in with your identity provider credentials. The app returns you to N-central Mobile after authentication is complete.
Your authentication session remains active while you use the app. If the session expires, the app prompts you to sign in again.
Troubleshooting
- Verify your credentials are correct.
- Check that your device has internet connectivity.
- Try closing the app and signing in again.
- Contact your N-central administrator to verify your role permissions and assigned organizations.
- Confirm that your account is assigned to the Organizational Units you expect to access.
- Verify that MFA is enabled in your organization's sign-in configuration.
- Contact your administrator if MFA is expected but not appearing.
