Enable multiple Customer Portal Users

Save time by enabling multiple Customer Portal Users at once, rather than enabling them on a contact by contact basis.

  1. Navigate to your Workspace page and add the Contact List Widget.

  1. Select the contacts in the list to whom you want to grant portal access.
  2. Click and select Enable Portal.
  3. In the pop-up window, confirm the contacts you want to enable as portal users and click Confirm.

A message at the bottom of the screen indicates the contacts have successfully been granted portal access.
