Send a support link

Similar to the PIN Code, you can copy the Support Link from the console interface and provide it to your customer. They can use the link to initiate a remote support session.

  1. From the Take Control Technician Console, select the New Session check box and click Start New Session.
  2. The Console's home page is populated with 2 options, click the support link in Option 2 to copy the link to your local clipboard and send the link to your customer to begin a remote support session.
  3. Alternatively, you can click the Email icon to open an email in your default mail system with the support link automatically generated.
