Share and transfer support sessions

During a support session with a customer, you can bring in other technicians for help, or transfer the session to another tech who has more experience with the customers issue. There are three ways to transfer sessions between different technicians or departments:

• Generate a new PIN code for a specific technician or department
• Transfer before accepting a new support request
• Transfer or share a support session with another technician
