Manage one or more Calling Cards
You can manage one or more calling cards from the Admin Area in the Active Cards tab. Select one of the groups from the list to the left to display the calling cards in that group.
- Select Management > Calling Cards, select the Calling Card Group you would like to edit, and click Active Cards.
- Select the check box corresponding to the card(s) you want to change, and click Apply new settings.
- Change the Department, Technicians, Duration, Count in blocks of... option, Minimum Period or Expiration Date.
- Click Save.
