Chat with colleagues

Start a chat session with your colleagues to discuss customers' support issues, or conduct an internal meeting. You can view the availability of each tech, and select one or more technicians to start a conversation.

  1. Select the Chat icon in the top right menu bar of the Technician Console.
  2. Click the Technicians tab > Right click on a technicians name > select Start Chat with Tech.
  3. Navigate to the Chat Sessions tab to view all conversations by technician name.
  4. Click the technicians name to open the conversation.
