Configure a customer's monitors during a support session

The Monitors menu lists the monitors in use by the remote computer, and allows the technician to cycle through all available monitors.

  1. Click the Monitor Icon in the Viewer's top menu to display both monitors at once.
  2. Click on one of the thumbnails to change the active monitor on the Remote Desktop tab.
  3. Right click the Monitor Icon in the top menu bar to cycle between each monitor, or left click to open a list of monitors.
