Sort Clients by server or workstation problems

By default, a server or workstation problem triggers a Client failure notification in the Client List.

Problem Servers include servers reporting as overdue and Problem Workstations include workstations reporting as overdue. Offline servers and workstations are excluded.

If you don't want both server and workstation problems to trigger a failure notification, you can configure the type of device that triggers a Client or Site failure in the Client List.

  1. On the All Devices view, go to View > Sort Clients
  2. Select Server Problems and / or Workstation Problems

    The Client List dynamically updates to show the effects of your selection.

    If no devices match your search criteria, a message displays to indicate no matches are found and includes the option to view all  devices of that type.
