Configure the time before a Data Overdue Alert is generated
You may have devices with a history of communication problems or stability issues. To reduce the number of alerts generated by these devices, configure the device Overdue alert settings to increase the threshold time before an overdue alert is generated.
You configure overdue alert settings on a server-by-server basis in the General Settings for the device. For more information, see Overdue device alerts.
