Tenant statuses
CSP tenant statuses
The following table describes the possible statuses for each customer CSP tenant.
Status | Description and Resolution |
---|---|
Action required | You need to take action for the customer tenant before Cloud Commander can progress with the setup.
Select the tenant and click View approval message template. In the dialog that opens, copy the message or the authorization link and send it to a global administrator at your customer so they can approve the admin relationship with GDAP. |
Awaiting customer action | The customer needs to approve permissions before we can progress. |
Disabled in Cloud Commander | The tenant is set up in Cloud Commander but your organization has since disabled it. To reactivate the tenant, select the tenant and click Start tenant set up. |
Enabled in Cloud Commander | The tenant is set up in Cloud Commander and there are no limitations. |
Enabled with limitations | The tenant is set up in Cloud Commander, but some additional permissions are required. See Request additional permissions for tenants. |
Error | Something went wrong with the tenant setup and requires attention. Select the tenant to display more information in the right pane progress tracker. See Troubleshoot errors in Cloud Commander. |
Not set up | The setup process hasn't been started yet. Select the tenant and click Start tenant set up to begin. |
Set up in progress | The tenant setup process has been started and is in progress. |
non-CSP tenant statuses
The following table describes the possible statuses for each customer non-CSP tenant.
Status | Description |
---|---|
Active | The tenant is set up in Cloud Commander. |
Inactive | The non-CSP tenant is added to Cloud Commander but you need to set it up. See Request customer approval. |
Pending | The guest account request is approved by the customer, but the connection between Cloud Commander and the tenant is not approved yet. See Accept the guest account invitation.
