Start a remote access session from Assets view

Use Take Control to start a remote access session and troubleshoot devices without disrupting the end user's work.

Start a remote access session from the Assets view

  1. Go to the Assets view.
  2. (Optional) Apply a custom filter.
  3. Select the asset and select Actions > Remote Access.

  4. Take Control opens and connects to the asset.

Start a remote access session from the Asset details overlay

  1. Go to the Assets view.
  2. (Optional) Apply a custom filter.
  3. Select the asset row, not a link in the row.
  4. In the Asset details overlay, select the Actions menu and choose Remote Access.

  5. Take Control opens and connects to the asset.
