Set Up a HaloPSA Ticketing Recipient

A Ticketing Recipient is collection of settings that acts like a user account in N-able N-central. Use a Ticketing Recipient to generate tickets in HaloPSA by associating it to Notifications, Self-Healing, and Scheduled Tasks.

You can add or modify a ticketing recipient only if you have the appropriate permissions.
