Retrieve the Agent uninstall code from the N-sight RMM Dashboard

You can only retrieve an Agent uninstall code from the N-sight RMM Dashboard if agent uninstall protection is enabled.

You can retrieve the Agent uninstall code from the N-sight RMM Dashboard. This enables you to retrieve the Agent uninstall code when the device is offline.

  1. On the N-sight RMM Dashboard North-pane, right-click the target device and select Delete <device-type> > Delete agent on endpoint

  2. Copy or Download the Agent uninstall code
  3. The Agent uninstall code is device specific and expires after 12 hours.

    You can now use this uninstall code if prompted for it during a manual uninstall of the Agent. For information about Manually Uninstalling the Agent, see Uninstall the Windows Agent.
