Program Levels
Step 2 of the setup wizard lets you review your Program Levels and add new programs and service plans if needed. The wizard lists each Program Level, its Service Plans, and associated billing details.
A Program Level is a container for the services your business offers. Use Program Levels to apply multiple Service Plans to one or more customers and group together these services based on your business needs.
You can add multiple Service Plans to each Program Level according to the contracts and services you provide. When you apply Program Levels to your customer, all the attached Service Plans are included.
