Supported Backup Products

The Mac Agent monitors the backup status for the following products:

Vendor	Product and version
Backup & Recovery	Backup & Recovery
N-able	Cove Data Protection (Cove) (formerly N-able Backup)

Unsupported backup product options

If we do not support your backup product, add a daily Log File Check or Script Check to monitor its status.

• Add a Log File Check if the backup product writes its status information to the Event Log.
• Write a script and add it as a Script Check if the backup product writes its completion status to other locations, for example native log files.
