Supported backup products

The Mac Agent monitors the backup status for the following products:

Vendor and product

• Backup & Recovery: Backup & Recovery
• N-able: Cove Data Protection (Cove) (formerly N-able Backup)

Unsupported backup products

If your backup product is not supported, you can monitor its status using one of these options:

• Add a Log File Check if the backup product writes status information to the Event Log.
• Write a script and add it as a Script Check if the backup product writes its completion status to other locations, for example native log files.
