Notes Report

The Notes Report displays all the Technical and/or Client-facing notes recorded for a Client over a selected time range.

You can view any notes recorded against currently installed devices, regardless of how many days old, through the Notes Report.

To view the Notes Report:

  1. On the All Devices view, select Reports > Notes Report.
  2. Select the Client from the drop-down list or select All Clients.

  3. Select a date range for the report.
  4. Select the Format, type of Notes, and Device Type to include in the report.

You can also send the Client all of their Client-facing notes daily, weekly or monthly using the Client-facing Notes Reports .
