Apple iOS app permissions
To access the mobile app, you need the Mobile Apps permissions enabled.
- Mobile Apps: Allow or block users from signing in to the mobile app.
- Private Notes: Allow or block users from viewing private (technical) notes in the mobile app. Use this to prevent private notes from appearing in the app. For example, when granting access to end-client user.
Most app features, such as clearing checks, are always enabled, regardless of the permissions set in the All Devices view. Exceptions include Private Check Notes and Take Control, which follow the permissions configured in the All Devices view.Reviewed: 14 Nov 2025 (DK)
Client access
The app is Client Group aware, so users only see devices that belong to the Client Groups assigned to the them. By default, Mobile Apps permissions are disabled for users with the Client role.
