Trial restrictions

N-sight RMM trial accounts include limits on device installs and reduced functionality in some features.

Device limit

Trial accounts support a maximum of ten device installations.

While you are using a free trial, a banner shows how many days and device installs are remaining:

30 days and 10 devices left in your trial – Buy now

When you reach the limit, an on screen message appears prompting you to contact us. For example:

Your trial environment is provisioned for up to 10 devices installations.

To continue adding devices, please contact our team and we’ll help you extend coverage.
