Fault History Report CSV Output
The Comma Separated Value (CSV) Report contains the following information for each Check:
Client, Site, Server, Check, Error Count, From, To, Failed_hr, Failed_percent
The Error Count indicates the number of outages for the Check during the specified period and where this is higher than zero the Report's From and To details along with the Failed Hr (hour) and Failed percentage figures are populated.
