Renew an ABM server token

When you set up Automated Device Enrollment for each of your customers, you generated an ABM server token to connect your customer's ABM account to Device Management for Apple. You need to renew ABM server tokens yearly.

Requirements

  • Access to the MDM server that the previous ABM server token was generated for. If you can't access it, you can create an ABM server token for another MDM server. However, you must move all the devices from the old MDM server to the new one and users must re-enroll their devices.
  • Ensure the Apple Push Notification Service (APNS) certificate for the customer is valid. If it needs to be renewed, see Renew Apple Push Certificate.
