View device details

View a summary of device details including device, network, and adapter properties, and device summary, command log, profiles, and apps.

1. On the left navigation, select Dashboards > Device Management for Apple.

   The Devices tab displays including device name, serial number, OS version, profiles and more.

   

2. Select the checkbox for a device and select View details or select the name of the device.

3. The device details open on the Summary tab. The widget for Device Summary displays the Device Last seen, Battery Health, Disk space, OS updates.

   

   Tab	Description
   Summary	View the device, network, and adapter properties, and device configuration data.
   Command log	View the commands sent to the device including the result of the command, the user who sent it, and the date and time it was sent. See View the command log.
   Profiles	View the list of the configuration profiles that are installed or pending on a device. See View the configuration profiles on a device.
   Apps	View the apps installed on the device. See View customer apps.
