Take Control from Accelo

Where Take Control or TeamViewer is installed on a device it is possible to connect directly from the Request queue. Select an Alert and choose Take Control from the More drop-down to initiate the connection.

The TeamViewer Integration is only available for Windows devices.

We recommend you disable any browser pop-up blockers for your Accelo site to ensure the Take Control connection is successful.
