Cannot disconnect the Take Control (N-able) connection

Description
- Left a session running on another device and cannot disconnect the Take Control (N-able) connection.
- After killing all Take Control processes and rebooting device Take Control (N-able) connection re-establishes.
Environment
- N-sight RMM
- Take Control
Solution
- The Take Control Viewer will continue attempting to reconnect to the device until the Viewer is closed even after rebooting the remote device or restarting the Take Control service.
- Close the Take Control Viewer to stop connection attempts to the device.
- There is no available option to forcefully close ongoing Take Control connections to a device from the dashboard.
- If you do not have access to the device where the Take Control Viewer window is running, you can perform a re-install of the Take Control feature on the client device
