Kaseya VSA Integration - Step 3 - Add Custom Field Value

Before adding the Custom Field Value per Customer, ensure you have:

• Reviewed the Requirements.
• Taken the Preparation steps.
• Generated Installation ID in Cove's Management Console.
• Created the custom field in Kaseya VSA

Instructions

1. Login to Kaseya VSA
2. Navigate to Configuration> Organizations
3. Select the Organization from the list and switch to the Custom Fields tab and click Edit

   

4. Click Assign Custom Field
5. In the Custom Field dropdown, select CoveInstallationID
6. Select Enter Manually, then enter the Cove Installation ID taken from Step #9 of Generate Installation ID into the Value field

   

7. Click Add to save the changes
8. Click Save to apply

Next, create Cove Data Protection deployment script in Kaseya VSA.
