Cloud Commander end of life (EOL)

Cloud Commander will be decommissioned and stop functioning on May 13, 2026. You can use the product until that date.

Review and update workflows to remove any dependencies before the product is decommissioned.

Support, bug fixes, and security patches will be available until April 13, 2026.

Configure email forwarding for emails sent to an Exchange Online mailbox to another user's mailbox or a distribution list.

Prerequisites

  • You must be assigned the Microsoft Exchange Online Writer role scoped to the tenants you want to manage.

Configure email forwarding for a mailbox

  1. In the left navigation, select  Solutions > Exchange Online.
  2. Use the customer selector to choose the customers you want to view data for.
  3. Select the checkbox for the mailbox you want to forward email for and select Turn on forwarding.

  4. Select a mailbox or distribution list to be the forwarding recipient and select Next.

  5. Configure the forwarding setting. Select the checkbox if you want to deliver the message to both the forwarding address and mailbox.

  6. Select Next.
  7. When prompted, review the summary of your request, and confirm.
