Cloud Commander end of life (EOL)

Cloud Commander will be decommissioned and stop functioning on May 13, 2026. You can use the product until that date.

Review and update workflows to remove any dependencies before the product is decommissioned.

Support, bug fixes, and security patches will be available until April 13, 2026.

Edit the display name and alias for user and shared Exchange Online mailboxes for your managed tenants.

Prerequisites

  • You must be assigned the Microsoft Exchange Online Writer role scoped to the tenants you want to manage.

Edit mailbox

  1. In the left navigation, select Solutions > Exchange Online.
  2. Use the customer selector to choose the customers you want to view data for.
  3. Select the checkbox for the mailbox you want to edit and select Edit mailbox.

  4. Enter your changes for the Display name and Alias, and select Save changes.

    Your changes display in the Summary tab for the mailbox.
